Temporary Summer Landscaping

TEMPORARY SUMMER POSITION

The City of College Park is looking for temporary help for the summer to supplement the landscaping crew staff.

The hours are between 6:30 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. three to five days per week. The pay is $15.00 per hour, and no benefits are provided.

Primary duties include pulling weeds, cleaning up after more extensive landscape work, and other basic landscaping functions.

Candidates must be able to:

• Bend, stoop, kneel, and be on your feet for several hours daily.
• Work outside in the heat and adverse weather conditions.
• Operate mechanical equipment such as a weed eater, leaf blower, and manual lawnmower.
