RFP - Rainbow Lake Parking Lot Construction

The Mayor and Commissioners of Emmitsburg, Maryland are requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a 10-space parking lot at Rainbow Lake. Bidder’s scope of work includes mobilization, maintenance of traffic, construction stakeout, sediment & erosion control, the construction of a 10-space parking lot including a stormwater management bioretention facility, asphalt pavement, site restoration, landscaping, and other related items necessary to complete the project. Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 2:30 PM via the Zoom meeting platform. Zoom meeting login instructions are located within the bid packet.

Four copies of the sealed proposals are due by 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Proposals will not be accepted via email. Please boldly note on the sealed bids “Rainbow Lake Parking Lot Bid, Do Not Open.”
