RFP - Prefabricated Concession Stand and Restroom Building Installation

The Mayor and Commissioners of Emmitsburg, Maryland are requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for labor and materials necessary to complete the installation of a Prefabricated Concession Stand and Restroom Building, including but not limited to all associated site work, utilities, site restoration, and other related items necessary as further described in the RFP. See bid packet for more information.

Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 2:00 PM via the Zoom meeting platform. Zoom meeting login instructions are located within the bid packet.

Four copies of the sealed proposals are due by 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Proposals will not be accepted via email. Please boldly note on the sealed bids “Eugene Myers Community Park Bathroom/Concession Stand Bid, Do Not Open.”
