Naturalist

Working out of the North Beach Nature Center, the Naturalist performs naturalist work in Town parks and natural resource areas. The work involves planning and directing educational and interpretive programs and managing designated natural resource areas. The role includes managing natural resource areas, supervising volunteers, conducting conservation projects, and engaging with the public on environmental topics. The position involves both administrative and fieldwork, with duties including program development, wildlife management, and maintaining natural exhibits. The position reports to a technical supervisor.
