Attorney, Of Counsel

Seeking an attorney with 5+ years of State or local government experience, to work as "of counsel", part time with potential for full-time.  Successful candidate will have experience in land use (required) and in advising elected and appointed officials, in public sector employment, legislative drafting, public sector procurement, and open government laws, or some combination thereof.  Strong writing skills are critical.  Work primarily remotely, but some in-person meetings, including weekday evenings, are required.   We will provide technology (laptop, printer, monitors, docking station, and telephone) and IT support.  Contact [email protected]
