Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to pass a background check.
Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in all weather.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on physical tasks.
General knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance operations (training available).
Ability to work safely around traffic, utilities, and roadway environments.
Willingness to perform field maintenance, sanitation duties, and general Town service tasks as assigned.
Ability to coordinate with utility companies, contractors, and vendors.
Ability to interact professionally with Town residents.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
Experience Requirement
Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance, public works, or similar hands-on operations environment involving responsibility for tools, equipment, vehicles, or machinery. Experience should include a variety of general labor, facility tasks, repairs, sanitation duties, and other municipal or operational services as assigned. Equipment certifications or machinery training are a plus.

Lead Technician: Basic organizational or administrative skills to support scheduling, planning, logistics, simple grant tasks, and project tracking.
