Landscaping Services

The Village of North Chevy Chase is seeking Landscape Maintenance Services within the municipality, which will include, but not be limited to, edging, mulching, trimming, mowing, and garden maintenance of certain public property located within the Village’s limits, specified in the scope of work.  The Village of North Chevy Chase is an incorporated municipality in Montgomery County 
serving 211 single-dwelling households within a .11 sq. mile area, adjacent to the Connecticut 
Avenue entrance to the Capital Beltway (I-495). Services  to be provided under this contract will be primarily performed over the course of eight (8) months, beginning in April and ending in November. The Village is seeking to award a contract for a term of three (3) years, with an option for up to two (2) additional one (1)-year extensions with the same terms and conditions.
